You may ignore Politics but Politics does not ignore You

The Mass Media keep us confused and toothless!

This is my first ever blog entry.

I've just (late 2006) discovered that blogs are the best counter to the "Main Stream Media (MSM)."

The MSM present what they call "News." But their "News" is actually propaganda for the powerful.

In the case of the war(s) against Iraq this propaganda has not only:

• benefitted the powerful elite who wanted the war, but has also
• harmed the rest of us - the "public".

Truth is the first casualty of the Main Stream Media

 

Newscasters, all saying the same thing

In this blog I intend to examine the differences between the truth and the-lies-that-fill-the-telly-and-the-papers.

I intend to collaborate with others to construct more truthful accounts of what-is-really-going-on.
I intend to examine :

• WHY we are all lied to.
• What HARM that lying does to us.
• What we can DO about what-is-really-going-on.

Any help that you can give me will be put to good use.

To the Main Stream Media (eg :- Brian Deer) I say:-

• War is NOT peace
• Slavery is NOT Freedom
• Ignorance is NOT strength 
• Arbeit does NOT macht frei
